Use these commands to retrieve and print documents, to set the way you use DocViewer, and to leave the program.
Opens a document. You can have many documents open at the same time.
Closes the current document.
Bind Document adds the current document to the catalog. This makes the document easily available in the future. Unbind document removes the current document from the catalog.
Makes a text-only file that contains all the text in the current document.
Sets paper size, print orientation, and other printer settings.
Prints the current document immediately without the standard Print dialog box. Use this if you are sure you want the standard Print command settings.
Prints the current document. Allows you to select which pages of the document you want to print.
Allows you to specify default settings for DocViewer. These settings will be used every time you start DocViewer.
Leaves the DocViewer program.
Use these commands to copy text to the Clipboard, show the Clipboard, and set the text-only format.
Makes a copy of the selected text in the Clipboard.
Displays a window that shows the contents of the Clipboard.
Specifies the font, size, and style for headings and body text in text-only view.
Use these commands to move around in the document. You can also scroll with the scroll bars.
View the first page.
View the preceding page.
View the following page.
View the last page.
Go to the previous position you selected in the file.
Go to the next position you selected in the file after you have gone to a preceding position.
View the first page of the preceding section.
View the first page of the next section.
Select a page number to view.
View the page where the selection is.
Use these commands to look for a particular word or phrase in the document or in any document in the catalog.
Searches for a specified word or phrase in the current document.
Repeats the previous Find command.
Finds the next instance of the selected text.
Looks for a particular word or phrase using the document's index. This is faster than the Find command and can also look in documents other than the current one.
Repeats the previous Query command.
Use these commands to set, delete, and rename bookmarks in the document.
Places a named bookmark at the selection.
Removes a bookmark.
Changes the name of a bookmark.
Specifies whether the bookmarks list in the document window is in alphabetical or sequential order.
Use these commands to view the catalog of documents and the index for a document.
Displays the catalog of documents you have bound.
Closes windows that contain subcatalogs.
Specifies how many levels of headings are shown in the catalog.
Displays the index for the current document.
Scrolls to the next reference in a multi-reference index entry.
Expands all levels of the catalog or current index.
Collapses the levels of the catalog or current index.
Use these commands to select a particular DocViewer window.
